The Kelâa Sraghna Province celebrated the 20th anniversary of the launch of the National Initiative for Human Development, highlighting its exceptional achievements. Since 2005, the initiative has contributed to improving health, education, and infrastructure indicators, reducing vulnerability, empowering women, and integrating youth economically and socially.
The total outcome amounted to 1,118 projects and 143 activities, at a cost exceeding 418 million dirhams, benefiting more than 854,000 people. The third phase (2019-2024) also revealed 478 new projects with a contribution exceeding 371 million dirhams. This celebration, attended by officials, elected officials, and civil and media figures, underscores the profound impact of the initiative on the development process in the region.
